How to maintain the awning zips?

Zips should be treated with care, use two hands to close and open and never tread on them. Never force a zip. The tent should always be pegged with the zips closed to ensure they will close correctly and without force.

Silicone spray, or waterproofing products like our Awning & Tent Protector, can also be applied to the zips to aid with lubrication.
